1. Introduction
Process Ketamine Studio, LLC (“PKS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you access or use our website, courses, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), including those hosted on our Thinkific learning platform such as the IV Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Training Course. By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect personal information that you provide directly, including your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment details, which are collected securely by third-party processors such as Stripe or PayPal. We may also collect course-related data, such as enrollment history, progress, quiz results, discussion posts, and certificates of completion. In addition, technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, and usage logs may be collected automatically through Thinkific and analytics tools. Cookies and tracking technologies may also be used to enhance your experience, improve security, and support analytics and marketing.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to provide and operate courses and account access, process payments, and issue certificates of completion. We use your information to communicate with you regarding updates, promotions, or changes to the Services. We also analyze usage to improve course content and platform performance. Where applicable, we may use your information to run targeted advertising on social media, subject to applicable laws and user consent requirements.
3A. Subscriptions & Purchases
When you enroll in courses or purchase access on our Thinkific platform, we collect the information necessary to enable and manage your access, including your name, email address, billing address, and details relating to your purchase or plan. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal; we do not store full payment card numbers. If a course or plan includes auto-renewal, renewal timing and how to cancel will be displayed at checkout and in your account. Refunds and cancellations, where applicable, are governed by our Terms of Service.
4. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for monetary value. We may share information with service providers such as Thinkific, payment processors, and email or marketing providers. We may also share limited data with advertising partners for the purpose of delivering targeted ads. Information may be disclosed to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or in the event of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
5. Targeted Advertising and Your Choices
We may use your information, such as email addresses or device identifiers, to deliver targeted advertisements through social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Google. California residents have the right to opt out of such data “sharing” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). If you wish to exercise this right, you may email us at [email protected] with “Privacy Opt-Out” in the subject line. If you are located in the EU or UK, we will only use cookies or similar technologies for targeted advertising where you have provided explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time using the cookie banner or your browser settings.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your personal information and rely on Thinkific and our payment providers to secure data. However, no system can be guaranteed as completely secure, and use of the Services is at your own risk.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide the Services and meet legal obligations. Certificates of completion may be stored as part of your professional training record. Usage data may be retained longer for analytics purposes.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data. You may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. Requests from California residents and EU/UK residents will be honored in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
